       Guerilla Hunter
       Reduced the "Detection Crossbow" secondary weapon's damage vs. mecha from 550 to 506.
       
       Hotsteel
       Increased the "Thermal Fusion Missile" secondary weapon's damage vs. mecha from 600 to 640.
       Increased the "Thermal Fusion Missile" secondary weapon's cooldown from 9.5s to 10s.
       
       Michael
       Adjusted the "Razor Cyclone" Attack Module's primary weapon impact size effect from 8%/10%/12% to 8%/12%/16%.
       Adjusted the "Close Contact Mark" Defense Module's DMG taken reduction effect from 9%/12%/15% to 6%/9%/12%.
       
       ADJUSTMENTS & OPTIMIZATIONS
       
       1. Fixed an issue that caused the "Artillery Whirlwind" Entrance Effect to be displayed abnormally under extreme circumstances.
       2. Optimized the display effects of the Assisted Aiming frame of Tempest's "Mighty Flash" Core Module.
