       MECHA ADJUSTMENTS
       
       1. Firefox
       Increased the primary weapon's damage vs. mecha from 60 to 65.
       Lowered the primary weapon fire rate: from 15 shots/sec to 14 shots/sec.
       Slightly increased the base movement speed of Firefox.
       
       2. Trio of Enders
       
       Increased the primary weapon Shotgun's damage vs. mecha from 34*15 to 35*15.
       Reduced the primary weapon Rifle's damage vs. mecha from 95 to 90.
       
       3. Hurricane
       
       Reduced the primary weapon's damage vs. pilots from 20 to 16.
       Reduced the primary weapon's damage vs. mecha from 35 to 32.
       
       4. Shiranui
       
       Increased the cooldown of the secondary weapon from 10s to 11s.
       After summoning a mech, the initial power charging of the secondary weapon becomes 1 bar (the total charge limit remains unchanged at 2 bars).
