2. Can the account data of the mobile version transfer to the PC version? And will players of the PC version match with players of the mobile version?
The account data of mobile version cannot transfer to the PC version. Also, players of the PC version will never match with players of the mobile version.
The data for the PC version is different from the mobile version and based on a new server. If the data is the same, it may cause a matching unfairness problem. And it cannot be resolved by optimizing the matching system. For example, if players of the PC version team up with players of the mobile version, other mobile players will have to match with PC players.
Moreover, as the PC players are using a keyboard and mouse, they can have a better performance than mobile players. Also, we will make some optimization on the PC version in the future, including showing bullet flying distance or adjusting map visibility, etc. As these optimizations will bring PC players a different gaming experience than mobile players, it is hard to combine the account data for two versions.
3. Why is my game not running smoothly or experiencing lag?
A. As there is only a US server available now, players may experience network unstability when accessing the game from Asia. Therefore, we kindly ask for your patience until the launch of the Asia server, which is scheduled to be on June 1st.
B. If your game is not running smoothly, please try to update the driver of your graphic card.
In order to provide a better gaming experience, we will keep working on optimization. We kindly ask for your understanding.
4. Will players be able to customize the resolution?
We have taken it into consideration and will announce if there is any update.
5. Comparing to the mobile version, what advantages do the players of the PC version have?
We think the biggest advantage should be control. They will be able to have smooth control over mobile players. Also, a UI that is designed for the PC version will be updated and PC players will receive a better gaming experience by that UI, so please stay tuned!
6. Why I cannot use the name that I used in the mobile version?
PC and mobile versions are from different servers. Therefore, the chosen name must have been selected by other PC players.
7. How can I resolve the black screen problem?
Please update your video card driver before playing, this may resolve a series of game related problems, such as the black screen issue. Different video cards may correspond to different drivers. The safest way is to update via the device manager.
